EVE’s technology is based on intensive research by Dr. Itsekson and his colleagues in Sheba Medical Center, claiming that one of the causes of PMS is an immuno-allergic reaction to hormones secreted in the course of the menstrual cycle.

Thus a simple skin allergy test may be applied to assess sensitivity to such hormones (a Skin Test panel). Results of the skin test are analyzed by software developed to assist the physician in planning subsequent treatment. 

The sensitivity to the hormones is then reduced via a desensitization procedure, which is familiar to allergologists. The procedure is adjusted to the hormonal treatment (Desensitization Kit) and includes the intradermal injection of extremely low dosages of allergens-hormones once a month over a 3-5 month period until lasting desensitization is achieved.
